As an Onboarding Specialist II at Uscreen, Rachelle works with clients of all industries and sizes to launch their online membership & apps at Uscreen, using her collection of best practices from helping over 100 stores launch since 2022 and a deep understanding & empathy for the end user experience. Rachelle toyed briefly with a few years in art school, but eventually found her stride in Event Management. Balancing a little bit of chaos and a whole lot of client relationship building, she stepped into SaaS through a non-profit event management software. In every role since, she’s carved out a niche of being the first Onboarding Specialist on the Customer Success team, contributing to building out the role of the team that supports the clients success to a quick & successful launch. At the moment, she resided in Indianapolis, IN, with her family and two rescue dogs. They are constant seekers of adventure, spending most weekends on mini road trips and impromptu airbnb stays (a cave house? A covered wagon tent? Why not!). She’s an active sci-fi reader, a fan of a great Dungeons & Dragons game, and often found with a bubble tea in her hand.
